Lodging House, Large or Large Lodging House – means a type of Dwelling Unit containing between 11 and 30 Bedrooms which does not function as a single housekeeping unit.
Lodging House, Small or Small Lodging House – means a type of Dwelling Unit containing 5 but no more than 10 Bedrooms which does not function as a single housekeeping unit Licensed Rental Premises – means a:
- a. Rental Dwelling Unit, Large;
- b. Rental Dwelling Unit, Small b. Lodging House, Large; or
- c. Lodging House, Small
for which a Business Licence has been issued by the Clerk.
