B. Naming electronic files

Parties must confer as soon as practicable to assign nomenclature to be used consistently to identify each document. The following nomenclature should be used as the general default:

Application Record

APAR – Application Record of the Applicant APRR – Application Record of the Respondent APINR – Application Record of the Intervener

Motion Record
