• Client Privilege: All written and verbal communications between current clients, our office, and our paralegals are privileged and confidential, including initial consultations where legal advice has been provided. 
• Prospective Clients & Retainer Requirements: A paralegal-client relationship is established only upon signing a retainer agreement or a verbal agreement confirmed in writing. Consultation appointments require two valid pieces of identification, and our office must conduct a conflict check before the initial meeting. 
• Notice of Non-Engagement of Legal Services Agreement: You may have reached our office with a legal issue. This does not mean we represent you for this legal issue. If you are booking a consultation appointment for a new matter because you do not have legal representation, hence the need to schedule the appointment, this is a friendly reminder that you have not engaged our office for legal services as you have not yet hired our office. If you have deadlines to meet, you must hire a legal representative formally. An initial meeting and consultation about your issue does not constitute a retainer or engagement agreement.
• Communications with Opposing Parties & Legal Representatives: All communications between opposing parties and legal representatives are presumed to be sent by our office on a Without Prejudice basis unless explicitly stated otherwise.
