Riverview Legal is a paralegal firm that works with tenants at the Landlord and Tenant Board, plaintiffs or defendants in Small Claims Court matters, people who have been discriminated against because of who they are, and judgement enforcement.
We have legal representatives in Toronto, Kitchener, Cambridge, Whitby, and Brampton.
The firm was started by Shaun Harvey in September 2013 with Mitchell Kent joining as partner in January 2021. Tim O’Brien was brought on December 2021. Bavithra Vigneswararajah both joined in May 2022. Jennifer Marie Paco joined in November 2023.
Riverview Legal manages Caselaw.Ninja. A free, online database that contains legal decisions for different areas of law. Riverview Legal believes that when everyone has access to quality case law, access to justice is being served. This fits in with the overall goal of Riverview Legal’s philosophy of making the law more accessible to the general public.
