Condo Rules and the Standard Form Lease

In Part 2 (Rental Unit) of the Ontario Standard Form Lease the tenant agrees to comply with the condominium by-laws and rules as provided by the landlord, so the condition of compliance appears to be having the bylaws and rules provided to the tenant in advance of any breach.
